As of now (3:30 P.M.) I have heard nothing of road closures, so I will be on campus around 5:00 P.M. and available for one-on-one consultation regarding your research paper.
Make a wise decision based on safety: if your routes of travel are flooded or if heavy weather threatens, then by all means remain on high ground and do not endanger yourself. An absence tonight will not count against you; however, the due-dates for your research paper are not being re-set.
